Cabaret Legislation Meeting

There are proposed changes to Albany’s Cabaret Laws surrounding cabaret permits (attached below and here) which will be discussed on:

If you’d like to provide public comment on this version of the legislation, you have many options to interact with this process:

1 - Attend in person at Albany City Hall on 11/19 at 5:30pm and provide a comment in person (get there early to sign up!)

2 - Submit a written public comment in advance of the meeting to commoncouncil@albanyny.gov with the subject line “november 19th planning meeting public comment” with your written public comment in the body of the email

3 - Request an in-person public comment spot by emailing commoncouncil@albanyny.gov with the subject line “november 19th planning meeting public comment” and your name and address in the body of the email

4 - Use the online form to submit a comment, and make sure to scroll to the bottom of the web page: https://www.albanyny.gov/2187/Albany-Common-Council
