Official Class C Ballot

Voter Eligibility:

In accordance with the District Plan and the bylaws of the Lark Street BID, registered Members are entitled to vote within their Class (A, B, C, or D) for candidates for the Board of Directors. Voting by proxy is not allowed. Regarding eligibility for Class C Membership, the Lark Street BID Bylaws state:

“Class C: Commercial Tenants. Tenants who are occupants pursuant to leases of commercial space within the District shall be Class C members of the Corporation, provided such persons shall have applied for membership pursuant to Section 1 (F) hereof. Each Class C member shall be allocated one vote for each separate and individually leased property.”

To address the confidentiality of each vote, names, emails, and addresses will be redacted from ballots once they are confirmed as valid.
